Signing an Agreement with Huron
To get the ball rolling on using the Huron IRB Exchange, you'll need to contact Huron to find out about the terms of use, any costs that might apply to your organization, and the agreements you must sign before your organization can get an IRB Exchange account.
Huron allows organizations to use the IRB Exchange free of charge in the role of participating site (pSite). Organizations who expect to play the role of single IRB of record (sIRB) on studies will be subject to costs (in some cases, after a trial period) and a different agreement.
To begin the process, choose one of these options:
- Contact your Huron representative
- Call Huron at 1-800-590-5400
- Fill out this form on the Huron website
Next Steps
Next, you'll plan for the IRB Exchange accounts you need, both for test and production purposes, as described in Planning Accounts and Systems to Connect.
